Option to shift the colours from fiery reds to cerise pinks or golden yellows using PH modifiers that can be found in your kitchen cupboard.
Health & Safety:
– Use tongs or similar when handling the ‘hot bundle’
– When steaming, fill the saucepan half way, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer
– To avoid burning, check regularly and make sure the water does not run out
